Any user who has purchased crypto-assets directly from the issuer or from the crypto-asset service provider offering them on their behalf has the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply when crypto-assets are admitted to trading on a trading platform.
Within 14 days, the user can withdraw his consent to buy a crypto-asset without paying any costs. The refusal is not justified.
All payments, including fees, are refunded to the user within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal of consent.
When the public offering of crypto-assets is limited in time, the right of withdrawal is not exercised after the expiry of the subscription period.
