Personal data protection obligations in the "Articles" section:

The administrator assumes responsibility for the protection of your personal data that you provide, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and their free movement​.

Cookies technology is used. In the Contact section, there is an email field that the user can voluntarily provide to send a message to snglawoffice@gmail.com. The e-mail is not used for any other purposes and its provision is for the purpose of obtaining an answer to the inquiry made.

Only functional information data is used that is necessary for the functioning of the service and for a period not longer than technologically necessary. With them, we provide you with the desired functionality when loading the site. For this purpose, we use anonymous cookies. If you do not want us to store these cookies, please delete the cookies from your browser. The site does not offer advertisements, does not collect data for advertising, marketing purposes or the like.

 

Personal data protection rights

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to obtain information about the processed data, to gain access to this data, to request deletion of the data under certain conditions, at any time to request to correct inaccurate data or to limit their processing, to withdraw your consent to processing when this was the only reason for this, to receive your data in a structured form and transfer them to another controller or to object to the processing of data in certain cases. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission if you believe that there is a violation of the law in the processing of your data.

Consent

After May 25, 2018, according to the Personal Data Protection Regulation, it is necessary to give your express consent to the processing of your data.

 

The lawyer's obligations to protect personal data

The processing of personal data by personal data administrators is lawful when any of the grounds listed in Art. 6, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

According opinion of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data, as a rule, separate consent from individuals, including the signing of any forms of declarations, is not required for the processing of their personal data by administrators in the course of their usual professional activity - such as  attorneys.
